Chinmaya Mission, Little Rock hosted Swami Ishwarananda on February 20-21, 2026. On the 20th, Swamiji addressed the congregation on Gita Panchamrit verses. Swamiji, encouraged everyone to learn these verses and follow the meaning of these important 5 verses. Lift yourself by yourself and don’t expect anyone else to do it for you was the takeaway of Verse 1. Verse 2 encouraged everyone to follow Karma yoga and to accept the fruits of action and to act in a spirit of selflessness. The third verse encouraged the seeker to offer everything as an offering to Bhagwan. In verse 4 we felt the blessings of Bhagwan and His promise to protect those who worship Him. The last verse encourages the seeker to take refuge in Bhagwan’s grace and He says that we will be free of sin.
